Product prices and availability may change without prior notice. The price shown during checkout and included in the order summary is the price applicable to that order, subject to correction of clear technical, display, or typographical errors.

Products are offered while supplies last. Adding an item to a cart or wishlist does not reserve it. Rouje may discontinue a product, limit available quantities, or remove an item from sale.

Promotional offers, discount codes, gifts, and sale prices may be subject to separate conditions displayed with the applicable offer. If those conditions conflict with these Terms, the offer-specific conditions apply to that promotion.

Section 06Orders and Payment

When placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, delivery, contact, and payment information. You also confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary. Payment may be subject to authorization, identity verification, fraud screening, and approval by the applicable payment provider.

An order confirmation acknowledges that Rouje received your order request. Rouje may decline, limit, or cancel an order before fulfillment when a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, information appears incorrect, fraud or misuse is suspected, or a pricing or technical error has occurred.

If Rouje cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method. Posting times may depend on the payment provider.

Section 07Shipping

Order processing, delivery estimates, tracking, address corrections, customs handling, and package issues are governed by the Rouje Shipping Policy.

Rouje offers Free Worldwide Shipping under the conditions described in that policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless Rouje expressly states otherwise in writing.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact customer service promptly if an address needs to be corrected, although changes may not be possible after processing or shipment begins.

Section 08Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Return eligibility, item-condition requirements, exclusions, exchanges, return instructions, and refund processing are governed by the Rouje Return Policy.

Rouje offers 30 Days Free Returns for eligible items under the conditions stated in that policy. Customers must contact customer service and receive the correct return instructions before sending an item.

A product sent without authorization, outside the applicable return window, or in a condition that does not satisfy the Return Policy may not be accepted.
